Three Bevill State Community College-Hamilton (BSCC) Lady Bears won their respective events at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational at the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.

Bevill State Athletics

Bevill State believes that intercollegiate athletics is an integral part of a student's educational process and is the focal point for demonstrating school spirit.

The Bears have won twelve ACCC Championships in their respective sports:

Men's Basketball-Fayette
(1998, 1999, 2003, 2004, 2007)

Baseball-Fayette
(2001, 2003)

Women's Cross Country
(2002, 2003, 2005, 2006)

Volleyball
(1992)

Also, numerous team have been recognized as an NJCAA Academic Team-of-the-Year including Women's Cross Country and Volleyball during the 2006-2007 academic year. These awards would not be possible without the efforts of our college administrators, coaches, and athletes.
