PBL Students Participate in State Competition


April 15, 2013

Phi Beta Lambda students from Bevill State Community College-Sumiton participated in the 2013 Alabama PBL Leadership Conference on April 12 & 13. Students competed in a variety of categories based on knowledge and skill in their field of study.

Two students placed first in their respective areas including Donna Young-Human Resource Management and Jeanette Buzbee-Word Processing. In addition, Paul Blackstone-Computer Applications and Linda Mauldin-Business Communication came in second place in their categories. These four students are eligible to compete in the 2013 National PBL Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California in June.
