In addition, an affordable facility graduated lease reduces the overhead costs and risks associated with starting a new business.
The Bevill State Business Incubator was initially developed in February 1990 to meet the rising demand of new business and industry. The facility was funded by a grant from the Appalachian Regional Commission and the Tennessee Valley Authority and was named in honor of Congressman Tom Bevill for his assistance with the project.
