In an ever changing global economy, it is imperative to have a well-trained skilled workforce. Bevill State Community College's Workforce Development Division provides many training opportunities through Training for Existing Business and Industry, short-term Skills Training, Alabama Mining Academy, Adult Education/GED, Ready to Work and the Alabama Career Center System.

Additionally, the College operates a business incubator which provides the physical facilities and services needed to help a start-up business succeed. The incubator facility provides hands-on assistance and a variety of business support services to its tenants.
