Future Students

Unconditional admission is granted to applicants that have on file at the College all required documentation for their file.

Conditional admission is granted to an applicant who does not have on file at the College all required documentation.  Students will not be allowed to register for a second term until all required admission records are on file. Also, students with a conditional admission status are not eligible for federal financial aid.

Getting Started

Students seeking admission to Bevill State should follow these steps:

STEP 1: Submit Your Application

Students seeking admission to Bevill State should complete a Bevill State application for admission online.  A valid email account is required to complete the online application process.  You will need to be able to access your email account to setup your initial admissions account.

STEP 2: Submit Official Transcripts

Contact your high school/all colleges you attended and request official transcripts be sent to the Bevill State campus you will be attending. Offical high school transcripts must include your graduation date.

STEP 3: Schedule a Placement Test, if necessary

Contact the Office of Student Services to schedule an appointment for the placement test. It is designed to evaluate an individual’s math, reading, and writing skills. The exam is used to determine the appropriate English and Math courses a student should be enrolled in to help them achieve academic success.

If all required documentation is not provided before advance registration of the following term, you will not be allowed to register at Bevill State for the next term.

Bevill State Community College offers living options for the student who chooses to live on campus. What awaits students during their residential experience is a community committed to academics, campus involvement, and the enjoyment of the college experience. Most of the campus buildings are within a five-minute walk from the dormitories.
