In an ever changing global economy, it is imperative to have a well-trained skilled workforce. Bevill State Community College's Workforce Development Division provides many training opportunities through Training for Existing Business and Industry, short-term Skills Training, Alabama Mining Academy, Adult Education/GED, and the Alabama Career Center System.
Additionally, the College operates a business incubator which provides the physical facilities and services needed to help a start-up business succeed. The incubator facility provides hands-on assistance and a variety of business support services to its tenants.
BSCC student, J.D. Godsey traveled to Tupelo, MS to take the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Auto Maintenance and Light Repair certification test.
